"Sana was absolutely fantastic. Great location, staff are incredible. We had a room with a private lounge pool and it was absolutely spotless. Great air con, TV with Netflix (our other 2 Tulum beach hotels didn’t have this), great food and the architecture of the hotel is beautiful. Very peaceful and calming. We were also fortunate to see sea turtles nesting. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff make it particularly special."

"I had a very mixed experience here. I booked a beachfront room at Nômade Temple months in advance specifically because I wanted direct beach access. In the weeks before my stay, I received around nine emails promoting yoga, activities, upgrades, and other extras. Not one mentioned that my room was no longer available or that I would be moved to a sister property. I only learned this when I arrived. To their credit, the replacement room was very nice and had a private pool, and the staff throughout the stay were friendly and helpful. But it was still not the beachfront room or experience I had booked and paid for months earlier. The beach was also essentially unusable because of extremely heavy sargassum. Obviously the hotel cannot control that, but given how central the beach is to the experience they sell, I think guests should be warned when conditions are this severe. The property is beautiful and the staff were good. My main frustration is the communication. If you can send guests nine emails selling additional services, you can send one telling them the room they booked is no longer available."

"My solo trip to Libelula was incredible to say the least. With tons of beautiful views, located directly on the beach with astounding rooms that capture the essence of a space of relaxation. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff for making this trip one for the books. I 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Tulum!"

"Located in a quiet sector with free parking across the road. Greeted at the reception area with a refreshing complimentary fruit juice. The room was clean and minimally nicely decorated. The private pool on the rooftop was a lovely touch when celebrating a birthday! Complimentary breakfast was delicious. MUST TRY THE AGUA CHILE & CEVICHE @ PIEDRA LADRILLO RESTAURANTE!!!"

"We loved the property. A group of 8 adults were extremely comfortable and nice private sleeping space with own baths. Lovely hosts on site that also provide 7 incredible meals, the best food on whole trip to Tulum. Using the owners sources for rides was extremely helpful and convenient. A perfect property to unwind. We unfortunately visited during a horrible sargassum event but the sand was still enjoyable and raked for us to enjoy although the water would have been great there are cenotes close enough to enjoy. "
