"The BEST thing about this hotel is their staff. I arrived at the hotel early on a Thursday morning and the gentlemen working the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly, he shortly was coming off his shift and the young lady was also very friendly and welcoming. I arrived earlier than my check in time and they made sure my bags were safe and that I was comfortable in their lobby awaiting for my room. The young women also working the breakfast station was very sweet. The next day I woke up late after breakfast hours and I inquired about getting a coffee… She had already cleaned and seemed like she was getting off her shift but she took the time to make me a coffee. All three of these employees are amazing and I very much hope they are appreciated. I could tell right away they work hard and they care about their job and the guests. Thank you to the 3 of you! The hotel was also very very clean and a great location. The tube is just down the street and I was able to get to any tourist attraction or shopping 15 min. I will definitely be booking again next time in London. "
