"The hotel caught fire the day I was due to check in, the staff were great and took us to their sister hotel and found us additional accommodation in the city. Despite everything going on the staff were great and very helpful."

"Checked in at 9pm however car was not registered on system for checkingnout.nso check out took longer than expected. Wonderful room clean and comfortable. Had stayed earlier in week and room was not clean so very pleased that hotel was as it should be thos time."
