"Informed at check in that there would be breakfast options available from 7am. This was not the case! 8am breakfast starts due to Covid issues. 4.2/5 Very Good! (990 reviews)
"Arrived before 9am and they were able to check me into my room straight away at no extra cost. Good sized room and bathroom, lots of sockets and nice lighting. Slept very well, no noise disturbance from other rooms or outside. Good buffet breakfast and parking included in the price of the room. About ..."
"We loved the hotel , it was a super location with friendly warm service.
The rooms were a reasonable size, a wee bit squishy but slept well and size on a par for such a location and cost. Pool a fantastic facility and we had it practically to ourselves . Again extremely courteous and welcoming staff.
A few hotel areas definitely needs a spruce up, the in carpets in bedrooms and lifts as it’s letting everything else down and are reasonable things to replace and upgrade without huge inconvenience or cost to the hotel, so you’d wonder what’s stopping them.
The bathrooms had adequate towels but no bath mat and no beakers .
I absolutely loved our one night stay though and we wanted stay another night as Belfast was fantastic.., however it was booked out . We were allowed leave our bad behind reception for the day and we popped back in the train … again staff super courteous and friendly and we weren’t your average travellers we did not look the part as we had literally decided on the spur and arrived with rucksacks … but they made us very welcome!
