"A great option for a trip to Belfast. The apartment had views overlooking the river and was within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. The Titanic museum was also within walking distance. The underground parking was great as we had hired a car. "

The Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, beautiful hotel. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure your stay is excellent . If they can get it for you they will. "
"Had a good stay hotel staff very friendly and nice, bar staff very unfriendly namely the food and beverage supervisor seemed like he didn’t want to be there standing behind the bar and not serving customers or picking and choosing who to serve first needs to be retrained on customer service and be more welcoming. This happened on the 15/8/25 and I think it could be a reason the bar was quiet at that time."
"The night of check-in was amazing, one of the best we had. The gentleman who checked us in was kind, warm and approachable. He walked us to the nearby car park and was very kind.
The room was comfortable, quiet and clwan. I’d stay there again! "
"A very enjoyable overnight stay for a special occasion. We found service in both bars was a little slow but always friendly and didn't take away from an overall experience."
"Traveled with a group of friends for a concert. We loved this hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious rooms. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect - so close to shopping and pubs. It was also so close to CHSq - it made our night out easy and fun. "
