Before we arrived, I received a text that I had two rooms booked and information regarding entrance to both. I only ever booked one room for one night. Upon arrival, our room was completely unlocked and we just pushed the door right open. The contact I had with "Ruth" was incredibly kind and sent me photos of the reservations that I had with both Hotels.com AND Expedia. I spent over 2 hours with customer service at both sites and both assured me I only had one reservation and one charge and that it was the hotel's fault. (I am keeping an eye on my bank account). This wasn't a giant deal, as long as I don't get charged, but also both companies pointed the finger at the hotel and its inadequacies, as well as the fact they weren't able to get ahold of anyone. The room wasn't dirty, but wasn't incredibly clean - but we were just there for one night. After over 2 hours on the phone with customer service, we lost our time to explore Belfast and just ordered food and called it a night. In the morning, our breakfast included was incredibly lacking, and pancakes had mold on them. There was no water, milk or juices. We were able to have dry cereal, stale toast (no visible mold but hard to the touch), 2 eggs (we weren't brave enough to try them) 2 bananas and 2 apples. There was a kettle and instant coffee. We never saw anyone else enter or exit the premises and are overall let down with the entire experience. Would not return or recommend.
