Escape to NWA in this fully-equipped 3BR/2BA home featuring all the luxuries of a hotel in the privacy of your own home! You’ll love working on your bike/watching TV in the MTB garage, and with Back 40 trail just blocks away you can take off at a moment’s notice. At night, explore the Bentonville food/art scene with downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges Museum, and The Momentary just minutes away. Or, relax and enjoy an evening on the private back deck. You can truly experience it all from here!

Bring the bikes with convenient access to the Back 40 Trail system.

Just around the corner from the house is Metfield Golf Complex with access to 27 holes between the Dogwood and Brittany course. Might as well bring the clubs while you're at it.

Enjoy the opportunity to get away from it all with friends and/or family.
