The room was very spacious and attractive, and the air conditioning worked great! I really appreciated the kitchen area with everything from a coffee maker to a fridge to a dishwasher! The bed is a bit firm, but not to the point of negatively affecting one’s sleep. The staff are very kind and worked hard to support requests. I am also very satisfied with the location- it’s close enough to be convenient, but not in the middle of the noisy, touristy areas. I do wish the bathroom counter space was bigger as there wasn’t much space to lay things out, but that’s certainly not a deal breaker! I would definitely stay here again!

Noisy room with zero privacy. Couldn’t sleep because of all the weird noises that were coming from outside and inside the hotel. Might as well be sleeping on the Scotsman Stairs!
