"The room was lovely and in a beautiful setting. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and leave our bags with them at reception. We had a wonderful stay!"

"I went out to my car to get my laptop took key out of the electric fitting when I tried to get back into the building it did not work . Walked up to reception. They asked for ID which I could not provide as all in my car . What a nightmare as they would not give me a new key card for around 1 hour ! What a joke"

Duck Bay Hotel

"One night stay. We had a ground floor room with a small balcony onto the water, which was great. The view was stunning and we were entertained by a family of swans, passing ducks, house martins and swallows. Bed was a good size and was reasonably comfortable. The furniture is starting to show its age. Both the breakfast room and the restaurant played pointless music both inside and even more annoyingly outside! We were disappointed with some of the food at the restaurant, which was overpriced. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade toasted granola. "
