The welcoming fresh flowers and wine were an extra special touch and much appreciated, as was the tour and historical summary of the property and castle. Could not have enjoyed it more. "Faodail was perfect for our short stay. Lauraâ€™s welcome on arrival was warm, authentic, and she was very helpful with information about the surrounding locale. The property, I can say, was one if the cleanest that I have stayed at which I loved. The location for walks, both long and short, surrounded by forest and a beautiful little loch thrown in for the dog - was ideal ðŸ˜Š. A short walk into Aberfoyle with a great dog friendly cafe was useful for us and larger places to visit within short driving distances. Myself, my daughter, grandchild and dog had a wonderful, relaxing visit to the area."
