"This is a lovely, well maintained, comfortable property in an excellent country location. It is very peaceful, with deer, birds and other wildlife all around . But the village of Killin is only about 2 miles away and has a good supermarket, several restaurants and coffee shops, all very convenient. And the beautiful Falls of Dochart are an added attraction. We loved our stay!"

Beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped with every extra you could possibly need. Comfortable, warm, plenty of room and a really great kitchen. "Barn was lovely. Very clean had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Hosts were lovely and provided amazing welcome back for us. Location was lovely and peaceful. Lots DVD books games and blankets in the barn. Had lovely fire although weather was mild so we didnt need to use. Would highly recommend"

The retreat was luxury from start to finish with beautiful touches throughout the property to create the feeling of a home away from home. "Strathendrick House was the first stop in a family trip to the Highlands. We found everything about this beautiful home and the area to be perfect and wish we had planned to stay longer. "Such a beautiful location and cottage. Stayed in the Oak 2 Bed cottage and this was a home from home. They think of everything (including sachets of condiments). This stay was perfect for me, my partner and our 9 month old baby. The bedrooms are so spacious so plenty of room for a travel cot in the main bedroom with you or the 2nd bedroom. Waking up and opening the curtains to the views and the sheep was fantastic. We would definitely be going back."

We spent 2 nights early April when all of the area fields are sprinkled the sheep and their newborn lambs. We explored the acreage the Kist sits on with beautiful views of the fields and hills, listening to the lambs calling for their moms.
