Easy to find, just off the AP7, great parking facilities. Clean, modern rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel is out of the centre of Benidorm and it is a taxi ride to get to all the night life but, for me that was a blessing as the area was really quiet and peaceful. Excellent value for money and great accommodation.

This hotel, as said in previous reviews, is very spanish and mainly elders. If this isnt your kind of thing id prob book somewhere else. Rooms were fine and towels changed daily. Air con ok in a hotel. Reception staff, bar staff and cleaners very friendly. breakfast ok. nothing glam but ok....
The shower also was fantastic...always hot, very powerful.
close to action but far enough away to be quite.....
Both room and bathroom spacious and clean. Good quality toiletries and courtesy water in fridge. Booked bed and breakfast but upgraded to half board without any problem and it wasn't expensive to do so. The food was good and plentiful but Spanish cuts of meat and fish, which are not which we British are used to, may be a problem if you are a bit of a picky eater.
Plenty of bars and cafes on the promenade and loungers and parasols on the lovely clean beach. However, I imagine it will be very busy in the high season.

Had a lovely stay, was clean and comfortable hotel and would stay here again, is a bit of a walk to main bars, but it is over the road from the Benidorm palace, friendly staff, indoor and outdoor pool with lifeguard, didn't seem a lot of English people using the hotel.
great stay central part of Benidorm very busy, only issue reception need to be clearer with the parking directions although next door we missed the sign & drove round town then back to hotel to ask. The bathroom towels were well worn

Young fun-seekers and families looking for a beach holiday with plenty of evening entertainment have made Benidorm one of Spain’s most popular resorts. Densely-developed, its superb long golden beaches are screened by a forest of skyscraping hotels. However an Old Town still survives and is the place to go for authentic Spanish food. Benidorm is top destination for family attractions with two theme parks, a huge water park and a marine life park.
