Easy to find, just off the AP7, great parking facilities. Clean, modern rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel is out of the centre of Benidorm and it is a taxi ride to get to all the night life but, for me that was a blessing as the area was really quiet and peaceful. Excellent value for money and great accommodation.

Avoid peak season: far too many people. The pool is always busy and hotel people are struggling to service the crowds.
On the other hand views of Benidorm and the beach from the rooms on the front are fantastic, hotel position excellent, food is above average and service is good given the number of visitors.
Best thing about this hotel is its location, close to the beach, night life and the old town. Used mainly for Spanish holidaymakers so you don't get any British lager loudmouths! We went half board but on reflection would probably do bed and breakfast next time. A very peaceful and relaxing stay.
Easy to find.
Reception very clean and staff extremely friendly and welcoming.
Room also clean, cool with a spacious sea view balcony. Cleaned to a high standard.
Food very tasty and again staff helpful.
Pool facilities also great and again staff very warm.
Will go back again.
Champagne sent from hotel for my birthday which was noticed from passport - a lovely touch
Good feedback from other guests

Party of 5 stayed here last week for 2 nights. Easy to find as they're situation on a roundabout on the main avenue into Benidorm. Check in quick, guy polite and asked as if we wanted floor 9 or 12. I opted for 9 as don't like heights that much! Room was really nice, modern with a large kitchen area which was equipped well enough to cook meals. There was even a small dishwasher. The great bonus here is that we had 2 bathrooms with our 2 bed apartment. Really made a difference in all over getting ready to go out. We paid €10 a day for secure underground parking which was ideal as it's SO difficult to park in Benidorm. We weren't in the apartment much, but we were impressed with them and would stay again as they were a very good price !
We booked this hotel since it's very near (2 min walking) the police station where you have to go to obtain a NIE number. We paid something like 33 Euro including breakfast per single room.
Although the reviews are very good i was very skeptic since normally we stay in more expensive hotels when on business trips..
1 one word, WOW
very friendly and helpful staff, that really help when they can
Breakfast... big buffet with croissants, fresh eggs, meat, cheeses, softdrinks etc etc etc
Young fun-seekers and families looking for a beach holiday with plenty of evening entertainment have made Benidorm one of Spain’s most popular resorts. Densely-developed, its superb long golden beaches are screened by a forest of skyscraping hotels. However an Old Town still survives and is the place to go for authentic Spanish food. Benidorm is top destination for family attractions with two theme parks, a huge water park and a marine life park.
