Stone country House Irena with pool on a large property

Guests have at their disposal just renovated Dalmatian style two stone houses with a large yard and a nice swimming pool. Both houses are together 90m2 and consist of 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. In the first house there is a living-dining area with kitchen in one, shower toilet and double bedroom. In the kitchen there is a big BBQ oven station, typical dalmatian. In the other stone house, there is a living room, with sleeping sofa, shower toilet and double bedroom.  An ideal property for a perfect vacation in the beautiful nature of the Dalmatian hinterland. You will be delighted with the hospitality of the host with home-grown fruit, eggs and vegetables that guests will gladly offer. Great property of 1100 m2, with playground, 32m2 seasonal pool, sun loungers, big grill facility with outdoor furniture, enclosed by typical dalmatian dry wall, olive trees and a bio garden...all at the guest’s disposal.

Paradise in the middle of nowhere

Irena offers this quiet place 50 minutes away from zadar. As a welcome gift Irena provided a fully stacked cheese and prosciutto plate with baguette. We really enjoyed the our time here with mostly animals around us. The appartements (two bungalows, both with an own bathroom) and the kitchen were by far the best equipped places we have ever visited. Sharp knives, enough plates, bowls - you Name it - All was available. We even got to know her donkeys 😉 this spacious place is good if you want to enjoy your time away from big cities but still be able to visit everything in the Zadar Region.

Special place!

The house is beautiful - surrounded by nature and wonderfully peaceful. Danjiela & Mario are the perfect hosts - there if you need them but gives you complete privacy. This is the holiday for anyone wanting to de-stress. Perfect!! Nothing else to say. Everthing as it is discribed. No Problems. Good communication. We will came back. Thanks again for the tasty mussels ;)

Lovely houses with great pool in rural area half hour drive from the coast

Great location for anyone who seeks a beautiful and calm environment. Mario and Irena, the hosts, live right next door and help with anything you need. They are also lovely people to chat with. We spent several days in the houses, that is: The pool and the barbecue area outside. There is also a small kitchen in one of the houses. As the two bedrooms are one in each house and each has a full modern bathroom, there is a lot of privacy for two couples or a couple with kids. The coast (Biograd) is about a 30 min drive, Zadar about 40, and local shopping 10 min (Benkovac)

Special place!

Een heel mooie omgeving met een super gezellige woning. Alles is aanwezig om een super toffe vakantie te maken. Wij genoten met onze drie kids enorm van het zwembad en de gezellige avond op het terras. De rust in het dorp leven is gewoon zalig. Zelfs vers geplukte vijgen gekregen die enorm lekker waren... een heel leuke vakantie gehad in een pure Kroatische omgeving.

Glorious residence!

We liked the remote location very much, and that it is in the hills, so that you don’t have so much heat because of the altitude of ca 400-500m. You are in the middle between the Sea and the National Parks. This Place is perfect if like to be alone and/or have a dog with u. The Pool was very clean and big enough to swim.

Perfect place to relax

A great atmosphere and very amazing hosts. an ideal place to relax away from all tourists. It is completely self-contained and yet very central to all National Parks and cities.
