"We chose the hottest days of the year to stay so the room was boiling, fortunately we took a fan with us but the owner also gave us another too. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs good shower but the toilet flush was slow, plenty of tea/coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner. Easy breakfast idea in dining room lots of choice (but no cooked) we knew b4 so never worried us. I thought it was good value for the money more than happy. Big bonus there was parking and 10 min walk to town."

"Had an amazing couple of nights stopping here, staff were friendly, place fab, room came with a fan so that was great as it was 34! Would highly recommend this place and the breakfast was great, loads of choice and freshly cooked. Already recommended this place to a lady I spoke to, will defo be coming back to this area and stopping here."

"Although I never saw any staff, the place is clearly very well run. I had everything I need except possibly some water in the room. The location is ideal for people travelling by train as its close to the station and a stones throw from the seafront. The shared bathroom and toilets were very clean which was a relief. If I could change one thing, I would make the room doors close a bit more softly. The constant banging of doors was irritating but can’t fault it otherwise."

We especially appreciated being allowed to check in early, which made our arrival much more convenient. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short visit.
