"The staff did not allow early check in, and the card to open the door did not work. They do not help much with tours. The food in the hotel restaurant is not great and thankfully we had the means to eat out most of the time. Breakfast was a chaotic affair with not much choice. If all you want is a place to lay your head and decent views that is fine. The pool was good to be fair. The lake is a 25min walk away. Beware not much pavement."

"Perfect location if youre travelling through Linate Airport. The M4 train line station Santa Sofia is walking distance from the hotel. There are shops and restaurants around the area. There are access going to city centre or even walking distance if you like walking. The hotel has restaurant at the top floor. Itbhas wide glass window enabling the city view. Though i found the price way above my budget for dining. The hotel waiting area is spacious and relaxing."

"Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming. Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again."
