"Everything about the property fit, what we were hoping for. It was conveniently located, the room was comfortable and pristine, and the food was plentiful and excellent. The two things that went above and beyond our expectations for the staff and the sauna. I can’t say enough about the staff. Every person we met was cheerful and extremely helpful. As for the sauna, it was a magnificent and always empty, perhaps because it’s hidden away a bit. I cannot recommend this property highly enough for a stay in Grindelwald."

"Beautiful views of the mountains. Wonderful spa. Directly across from the train station (no noise) and adjacent to all the shopping. Staff was superb. The only downside is the restaurant bar seems to be closed so in the evening you had to go to a different property for entertainment. "

She gave me a tour of the beautiful hotel, and then gave me my room early, as it was ready. I was overwhelmed how beautiful my room was. The view of the mountains gorgeous, and the bed, heavenly! I wish I was staying more than one night, but I can’t wait to return to this gorgeous hotel with incredible staff and service! Thank you Iris, and the entire staff!"
