Conveniently located near Bear Mountain and the new Alpine Zoo, with easy walking access to the ski shuttle and just minutes from the lake and golf course.

LIVING SPACE - Expansive 1200+ sq ft home featuring a comfortable living room with TV, ceiling fans, dining area, and a charming brick wood-burning fireplace, offering a cozy atmosphere for relaxing evenings.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed. The second upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and TV, while the third bedroom offers a twin/full bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are provided for added comfort.

KITCHEN - Fully equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more for all your cooking needs.

AMENITIES - Enjoy board and card games, smart TVs with streaming apps, and fast WiFi for entertainment. Unwind by the cozy wood-burning fireplace in the spacious living room. Washer/dryer available for added convenience.
