"Location great. Rooms dated and our room had stains on the wall. Chipped furniture. Reception and bar/restaurant lovely looking and welcoming. Just needs a bit of tlc for the rooms and more hotel room cleaning staff"
"The view from the room was outstanding. I had a room with a view of Tower Bridge. The food at the hotel was quite good. If I had to knock anything, it would be two things: The bathroom and the bed area. The bathroom seemed dated. There were no outlets by the bed to plug in to either. I don't know if I've ever seen that before. I'd recommend the hotel, but be aware of what you'll find going in."
"Room was good. Had a view of the Thames. Staff overall were very helpful. Position a bit out of Central London but good bus services to London Bridge and Victoria Station. Also free ferry over Thames to Canary Wharf.
Breakfast was disappointing. A lot of choices either not working or not being replenished depending on who was on. Was an upgraded hostel but overall we were satisfied for the price."
