I stayed in a studio apt which was clean and spacious.
The staff was responsive and helpful.
The location is great, five min from DLR (light rail), giving easy access to London’s extensive public transportation network. Nearby are cafes, pubs and at least one small grocery store.

Ideal location for Troxy as it’s just across the road. Room was spacious and very well equipped. Comfortable beds.
Doesn’t look very pretty as a building but inside the room was really lovely. Reception staff were great and very helpful. Security guard around on an evening which was reassuring to see, made us feel secure.

The studio I booked was surprisingly spacious, the kitchen had sufficient utensils for two and the appliances, although relatively basic, met our needs without issue. The bathroom was a good size and separated from the living area by a small hallway which was nice. The bedroom, although small was separated from the living area by sliding doors which also added to the overall sense of space. The large windows provided good natural light even on a dull winter day. The only issue, if indeed it is one at all, was traffic noise from the main road. The double glazing reduced this to manageable levels and no matter where you stay in central London, traffic noise is to be expected. The bed was comfortable enough for me and I had a good nights sleep, refreshed for work in the morning. Staff were helpful and friendly, providing that added security and were ready to assist if we needed any help. Conveniently a bus stop was immediately outside the front of the building and Limehouse DLR five minutes walk away. I’ve not stayed in an apartment like this before, but would say that it was far superior to many tiny hotel rooms where I have stayed in the past. I would definitely recommend and would return.

Mohammed keeps an excellent property. This place is affordable, clean, and just far enough from the center of town but close to train and bus stations. Perfect for traveling without a car. Tatiana keeps the place immaculate. I’d book again. I’ve booked twice.

Excellent stay at Marlin apartments. Reception team were all very friendly and helpful. The apartment was much bigger than I anticipated which was a nice surprise! Nicely furnished it was great for my 2 night stay and I would definitely use Marlin again. 3 minute walk from Limehouse DLR, small Sainsburys across the road and Uber Eats will deliver to your door so all very convenient too.

Great apartment!
Great experience at the Marlin Apartments, only a short walk from Limehouse station. Friendly reception staff (Shan was wonderful!) and apartment was a really good size, clean and had everything that we needed.
Only hiccup was not having sofa bed ready as we were a booking of 3 but quickly resolved at reception.
Would definitely look to book here again if I was staying in London.
