"This was my second time staying in the hotel and i was disappointed unfortunately... My room had a weird smell when i arrived regardless of the windows being opened. The bathroom had seen better days, it was worn down and when i ran a bath for myself, I had to empty it and clean it myself as there were pubes(not mine) and other dirt floating in it... My duvet cover was dirty, it had some dried out fluid on the bottom side. The breakfast was poorly topped at 8:30 in the morning(still 1.5 hours befor the end of it 11:00) no fried eggs lots of stuff missing and not been topped up."

"Rooms are newly refurbished, and look good. Plenty of sockets and have aircon which works really well. But there are some glaring errors. No storage!!! Just a tiny rail with 4 hangars, and when I asked for more i was told they werent allowed to give me any. There is just one drawer in the desk - no shelves and no other storage. This was a double room, for 3 nights and basically, just 2 hangars each! No hooks for wet jackets etc. So I had coats on the back of the desk chair, and piled on top of my suitcase. Crazy. The shower is one of those awful over the head ones, so you cant avoid getting your hair wet. As a woman with longer hair, that is a total pain. And no hairdryers in the room!!! I dont want to appear sexist, but I'd put money on the fact these rooms were designed by a man - look good initially but dont work on a practical level. Lovely mirror to match the wood behind the tiny hanging area, same shape, obviously been thought about, but then so little storage. Large TV - great, but would rather have the more practical things like storage, hairdryer and shower that you can use without wettimg your hair!!!"

"The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, everything clean and tidy. Parking and access was straightforward. The kitchenette area could do with a little more thought perhaps but overall for a short stay for a work trip it fit the bill nicely and was very reasonably priced. "

"The most dirtiest hotel I've ever seen! The carpets were covered by dirts and stains, moulds were everywhere on the corners of windows and room, toilet was not clean. I booked a room with a queen size bed and sofa bed. The hotel sent me a message askinge if I need the sofa bed with a note that if I dont respond within few hours, they will assume I dont need it. I dont understand why did ask such a question in thw first place as it was included as part of room booking and how 2 adults+2 kids could fit in a queen size bed alone!! The question was utterly annoying considering that we had already been travelling and had no time to check my messages. Upon arrival, the staffs were not welcoming at all. We stayed in many Novotel hotels in the UK and abroad in the past, but the recent one was very unpleasant. The hotel obviously is in desperate need of renovation and more importantly recruiting a new management team."

"Host was fantastic and kept us informed on everything. The property was lovely and clean. Plenty of condements/Tea/Coffee available. The location was great, very quiet. We stayed for the weekend for a 50th birthday. We will be booking to return again."

"This was cancelled the afternoon before we were due to travel the next morning.as you can appreciate this is unacceptable and very stressful for our family.thought it was disgusting to do that at such short notice."
