Hotel and room were very nice, however a hidden parking cost was not appreciated. Was told I needed to pay for parking at reception on arrival, when I mentioned to manager(?) that evening that it showed that parking was free both on Expedia and their official website he said it was a new charge that they obviously hadn't updated online, but was given no choice but to pay or leave (hotel is on a main road near no other options!)

Staff was great - very nice! Food was excellent! The only minor issue was we could not get a very hot shower. Only warm. Sink hot water was very very hot - just not the shower.
Staff tried to resolve but did not.

about 10 mins to walk to resorts world, 20 mins to NEC depending on the hall! alhtough part of this is an isolated dark walk if walking alone at night. Hotel clean and friendly, only really used the gym- small but sufficient for a session. I would use it again.
