Horreur.
Les photos sur site ne reflètent pas la réalité du terrain . Nous sommes arrivées le 4 août 2019 pour une halte en repos dans la perspective de sûrement prolonger notre séjour dans cette hôtel malheureusement a notre arrivée il y avait 120 enfants dans la piscine parrait il c est une associée des orphelins musique a fond. Notre chambre était en face juste à côté de la piscine on a du choisir une.autre chambre avec supplément qui parrait il c est la suite et la meilleur chambre qui donne une.vue magnifique sur l oued bin el ouidane malheureusement la chambre et pleine de poussière ( mon fils et ma femme sont allergique) avec des toiles d araignées partout ( et parrait il c est la.meilleure chambre),La tv ne.fonctionnait pas on a du faire appel au technicien le siphon de la douche ne.fonctionnait pas ln adu faire appel au technicien qui a.mis du produit et donc des odeurs insupportable on etait obligé de sortir pour prendre de l aire dehors des enfants qui courraient partout et criaient sous un soleil caniculaire. Le.comble on arrive de Marrakech pas de bouteille d eau comme convenu écrit sur le site et en ce qui.concerne le.dejeuner.ou le diner pas. De choix ou poulet ou saucisse. on a du attendre 1 heure pour le dressage de la table sans serviettes sans couteaux ( assiettes fourchettes) le soir pour le dessert le serveur nous annonce que le dessert est réservé pour les autres ???? Il est partout et revenu après 30mn avec une assiette de de 4 morceaux de melon et 2 grappes d

Akzeptabel, aber der Dienst ist null. Das Frühstück fehlte trotz der Bezahlung des Zimmers inklusive Frühstück. Der Service im Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe für den Preis. Wir sollten um Besteck bitten, Teller .... trotz der Tatsache, dass das Essen nach langer Wartezeit serviert wurde .... und am ende haben sie eine falsche Rechnung!! Das Personal ist nicht für den Service in einem Hotel und / oder Restaurant qualifiziert. Sorry

Die Zimmer wurden während unseres viertägigem Aufenthalt nicht einmal geputzt bzw gelüftet. In einigen Zimmern fanden wir lebendige Kakerlaken und vor einer Zimmertür lag tagelang ein toter Vogel, der schon Ungeziefer angelockt hatte. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt sehr verwahrlost und auch das Personal ist unaufmerksam. Definitiv nicht weiter zu empfehlen und sollte gemieden werden!!!

Il y avait personne à l accueil c'est le gardien qui nous a reçu on nous a donné une chambre médiocre au sous-sol la chambre était trop petite avec bcp de meubles il y faisait trop sombre malgré ma lumière allumée. Le lit les meubles et le rideau était très vieux et très usés. On a vraiment été déçus et choqués
