We got there around 8:30pm they let the kids use the pool until 9:00 which was great. Very easy check in and very helpful staff

Nice staff. Nice river and lighthouse in the backyard. Wonderful pillows and comfy bed. Just wish the doors and sink were cleaned better.

Our room was just as nice as any other place we've ever stayed. I picked this one because it had a pool & it was operating. Had a beautiful light house outback that I hope someday can be repaired (not in bad shape-needs some work) People friendly. Our room faced the river with sliding doors. Only thing I wish is if they had more food choices.

One of the worst maintained property - dirty top over hangers, shower knob broken, bathroom toilet paper holder broken. Shortened stay by 1 day out of total 2 days.

I would pass if possible

Was not what i expected, i reserved a king bed got two queens. The floors were dirty, the paint was coming off the door for the bathroom. Coffee was provided but no cups in the room. I have stayed in much better places for a lot better price.

Good location, rough shape

This hotel was in a decent location but in bad shape. Dim lights, dirty carpet as you enter. The building stank of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Front desk service was good and we received access immediately. Room was in bad shape. Broken fixtures, unclean, awful smell. Pool was out of order and we just ate the cost and left to a nice place a little further away.Again front desk was pleasant and helpful. For a family, I would not recommend.

The continental breakfast was a joke. Not even bread or bagles. Very outdated. No counter space for clothes in the bathroom. Ice machine was out of order. Too much money for the shape of the place

Old dirty property.. desk lady was rude and demanding .. rooms are old and not the best cleaned.. beds are good but bedsheets were not super clean.. pool was closed .. balcony door could not be locked .. we i asked for another room i was told that there was one left if i did not take thatvone i was out of options.. breakfast uhh or what you wanne call it.. no bread , yogurt was out.. just a waffle if you could find someone to fill the batter.. this place is a dump.. no smoking but the motel smells bad.. i would say stay away..

This property was disgusting. There were yellow blobs in the sink and on the bedside table. I think they sprayed cleaner but didn't wipe it up. The full-length bathroom mirror had a horizontal crack all the way through it. The air vent in the bathroom was BLACK, and the vent in the room was absolutely fuzzy gray. Hopefully, we won't get Legionnaire's disease. Luckily it was OUTSIDE, but there was a spider the size of a quarter in a massive web outside the window. I would have asked for another room, but I had no hopes of a better room. It cost $123 for a room I wouldn't put my worst enemy in. The Hampton Inn next door might be a better bet. It was $190, so I didn't want to pay $313 for a livable, clean room. DO NOT STAY HERE....EVER!

Beware - may be “pet friendly,” but rooms stink

First room smelt of cigarettes (which I cannot do). So much for smoke-free rooms. Front desk agreed to change rooms, but only 2 other pet friendly options both smelled heavily of urine. Again, notified the front and they said there’s nothing else they can do. We purchased and used a full bottle of Fabreze to try and help. Not a pleasant stay at all! Desk wouldn’t provide any other options since we have a small dog. They refunded the pet surcharge, but I’m still angry that that’s all they offered. Called their parent company, Choice Hotels, but they could not offer anything else since “the hotel already made an offer so our systems won’t allow us to do anything further.” If you have pets, avoid this hotel at all costs. Outside the room was a nice river view. Just wish we could have enjoyed it. This was by far the worst hotel stay we’ve ever experienced.

This hotel is very dated. It is located between a very nice looking Hampton Inn and Best Western. It looks old and run down on the outside compared to the other 2 hotels. They have a sign in the doorway saying they are renovating, but I didn’t see anything they were doing. The check in was slow but otherwise fine. The hallways were small, dark and old looking. The room was a good size and appeared clean but had a weird smell. At first it smelled like some sort of industrial cleaner but then rotated between wet dog, pot, and old aftershave. The curtain had brown stains all over it. The bathroom ceiling had obviously had a recent leak. The bathtub drain was rusted. There was no blow dryer in the room. The outlet by the bathroom sink didn’t work. They also advertised a continental breakfast but it was very limited. We ate in a cute little cafe in Owego instead. The room was definitely overpriced for what we got. We booked this hotel because it was family weekend at Binghamton Univ. and this was the closest we could get for 1 night with semi decent ratings. I wouldn’t be quick to book a room here again.

Need to upgrade your property lists and operations

This hotel does not exist. When I arrived I saw a sign that said Quality Inn and suites but there was no hotel. The building was there same as picture but run down and under another name. THIS IS A SCAM PROPERTY. Hotels.com need to send out scouts to verify properties. They need to confirm the existence of the Hotels they are providing business and propaganda to, and in case of this happening they should be able to find you lodging somewhere. My trip would have been a nightmare since it was graduation weekend and everything was booked. I reserved this hotel with almost a year advance time, but when I arrived there was nowhere to stay and hotels.com/expedia could not resolve my lodging situation. Thank goodness my duaghter roommate aloowed us to crash at there apartment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL.
