"Lovely large room , huge bathroom , extra large comfy bed , breakfast delivered to room - great friendly staff , the only downside is that it doesn’t have its own parking however there is a car park about a 5 minute walk away . I will definitely be staying there again when I’m in the area "

"We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful cottage! The situation was perfect, minutes away from shops, cafes and restaurants…all within walking distance. The cottage was fully equipped with everything you might need. It was beautifully decorated and renovated and we especially enjoyed having 3 bathrooms, all with showers. ZIna was a wonderful host! She was very helpful and responded quickly to any of my questions. Overall, an amazing experience"

"The owners of Meadow Rise were welcoming and delightful, their home, our room and view were all lovely. Every morning, they cooked a hot meal for all of us guests in additional to a continental breakfast and always helped us plan our day. We enjoyed getting to know them a little, but they gave us plenty of space to do our own thing, such as sit out front and enjoy appetizers in the evening or watch a little TV downstairs. We hope to see them again someday -"

"Very Basic breakfast included but was ok. Expensive upgrade to full English ! Walls on room were very marked and interesting items left in the drawers !! Reception isn’t manned and no one answered the phone or bell when we rang during an emergency which isn’t great ! Shame as location is perfect !"

"Absolute GEM of property!! The perfect Cotswold cottage! Immaculately clean and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Quite a bit bigger and even nicer than the photos show and ceilings are much higher than expected. No stooping required at all. Beautiful linens and excellently appointed/organized kitchen. So much attention to detail! We were so comfortable in this delightful cottage for our week in Bourton. Oh, and the GARDEN! It was to die for: irises at their peak followed by a profusion of peonies, lavender, thyme and forget-me- nots abound. Dawn and Bette took great care of us. What an utter treat!"
