"Really lovely cottage in a great location only 15 minutes to Bourton, we had an issue with drainage, which was resolved within an hour, good garden and facilities . Only negative was the lack of shelves in the fridge"

"Gorgeous hotel! Staff were so lovely, the location was perfect and the rooms were so unique (we stayed in Oscar). The only issues we had was that it was pretty loud from about 7am with bin men. Nothing can be done about that, but a heads up would have been nice as we were looking forward to a lay in after a busy day. We also found some old contact lens wrappers in the bathroom and weirdly old blood on the shower wall. Was slightly disappointed but nonetheless had a great stay. "

"Lovely stay. Beautifully appointed hotel with lots of tasteful communal areas and sitting rooms to relax and enjoy a Cotswolds gin and tonic. Knowledgeable bar and restaurant staff who were helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Great grounds for a stroll even in freezing February."
