Beautiful Hot Tub Cabin Near Patoka Lake!

Check Out This Neat & Cozy Cabin with a Private Hot Tub near the entrance of Patoka Lake. This cabin has 1 bedroom downstairs with a full bed and a loft bedroom upstairs with a Queen sized bed. The kitchen is supplied with basic cookware, coffee maker, and Keurig. The new TV has streaming availability (no cable) but has access to all of the services that you use. The wifi is pretty strong here as we have a booster in the cabin. Cell service is limited in different parts of the cabin, but there is service at the property.

On the covered front porch we have 2 rocking chairs and a gas grill perfect for cooking after a day at the lake. The private hot tub is located on the back deck of the cabin which also has a table, chairs and a firepit to enjoy.

The cabin has a spacious sunroom which is a perfect spot to read a book or play games.

The cabin sleeps 4 in the beds, and could sleep 5 if a child slept on the love seat. (Please note it is not a full sized sofa)

Location is everything with this cabin! Located only a couple of minutes from the Patoka Lake Entrance, Patoka Lake Winery, and 20 minutes south of French Lick you will find plenty to do around the area.

Access to the cabin is via electronic code and we will send you the code and all check in instructions 5 days before check in via email. If you don't see the email please check your spam folder.

Please note: No pets allowed at this cabin due to allergies. Also note this is not a motel or hotel, it is a home and we have put a lot of work into preparing the cabin to be just right for our guests. Please take care of the property while here and treat it as you would your own. Basic towels, linens, toiletries, etc are provided at the cabin.

Due to the remote lake location cell service is spotty around the cabin. No refunds will be given due to wifi or cell phone availability.
Absolutely NO SMOKING or Illegal Drugs at the cabin and are cause for immediate cancellation.
Parties are STRICTLY prohibited and are cause for immediate cancellation.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for Fourth of July weekend and had an amazing time. It is in such a great location with easy access to the lake. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Definitely will be back again!

Fall Break Get Away

Adorable cabin only 5 minutes away from Patoka Lake! The hot tub was wonderful after a day on the boat. Everything was clean and accessible. We loved our stay.

Well worth the stay

Loved the hot tub and the cabin in the woods. It’s easy to forget life for a moment and relax. It’s close to the state park with lots of trails to walk and a beach. Loved it!

Honeymoon

We got married and didn’t want to travel to far . Cabin was cozy and worked well for us! Hot tub was a huge plus and he a small fire in the fire pit. Cons where there was so many hair balls all over the place could have been cleaned better . I also could not find the remote for the loft tv so we didn’t get to use it at all!

Perfect Quiet Stay

I spent about half a week with my partner here, just hiking and spending time together. It was the perfect amount of space for two or three people, the host answered all my dumb questions, and it was very clean. It was exactly like the pictures, very beautiful! The only possible thing I could complain about is the lack of lighting in the cabin. It gets very dark at night and turning on the lights helps only a little. Definitely recommend!

The best staycation ever!

The cabin was adorable and exactly as pictured and described. I even figured out the hot tub when I reset it with the instructions provided. We took a small girls trip just to unwind and explore around Patoka Lake. Hiking trails, Patoka Winery, and Patoka Brewery are less than 5 miles from the cabin. Our last morning there was a family of dear in the front yard. This is perfect location from everything around and to just drink coffee and read! We hope to be back when it gets warmer.

Nice getaway

Overall, this property is exactly as listed. It’s in a great location. The only issues we had were lack of toilet paper and paper towels and the cleanliness of the hot tub and back deck. There is a lack of water pressure in the shower. Nathan was very responsive when we contacted him. He is a new owner of this property, so hopefully this review will help him address easily corrected issues.

Nice little country cabin getaway

Stayed Friday and Saturday night in a chilly March. Lock box was very easy to get into. Place was clean and electric fireplace was already going for us. Call service in the cabin was definitely spotty but we weren’t there to be on our phones! WiFi password is located on the router FYI, I had to text them to figure that out lol. The kitchen was small but had basic things we needed minus a pizza pan. The lights inside were a little dim in my opinion at night but we were basically just going to bed anyways after long days of activities! Also the place heats up quick! We the parents stayed upstairs in the cabin nook and it was nice and cozy. The bathroom is tiny with a standing shower stall but we didn’t need much. I think most of all the thing we enjoyed of course was the HOT TUB! It was clean and hot and ready! We would love to try and come back again when it’s warmer! Also just down the road Benny’s off the water had great food and service!

The cabin wasvery nice, beautiful wood throughout. Very cozy, clean, nicely decorated. Nicely equipped with needful things (toiletries, dishes, towels and pots and pans. Didnt use hot tub but checked it out, it looked very clean and ready to go. Great stay.
