"Our stay was super easy with the code check in and key box etc. Room was lovely and very clean. The only issue we had was unfortunately with one of the other guests at the hotel, which is obviously completely out of the hotel hands but due to shouting, banging and crashing from 6am, and the police arriving it ruined our stay. Huge shame as we loved the hotel. Hopefully our next stay will be much more pleasant. "

"Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, excellent night's sleep! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. "
"Another great stay. Clean comfortable room, the bliss of air conditioning and great staff. A lovely warm and friendly welcome on arrival and a delicious breakfast served by a great team the morning after."
"Easy access from New St. Station, not far from the Utilita Arena, loads of different restaurants there. Enjoyed refreshments in the bar. Excellent value for money."
"Located about 20 minutes walk from the event I was attending at The Flapper pub. Also, only 20 minutes walk from New Street station coupled with the cost made this an ideal place to stay. If you are attending the O2 Academy then this would be a fantastic location."
"Attending my daughters graduation at the university so an ideal location as just a short walk to campus.
Rooms were well equipped with all we needed and clean.
Use of facilities at the hotel opposite was a bonus."
