"Virtual person in lobby for checking in and out. Room was small, didn’t feel safe as a solo female traveler. Breakfast looked unsafe to eat. Not the best area but restaurant beside parking lot was great. "

"The person on desk duty didn’t help a guest whose room heater didn’t work She asked for at least some blankets and he gave her towels. I came to find out it is a voucher motel, bit that’s no excuse to let people be cold. He was grumpy and not welcoming at all. I will not recommend."

"Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open. Otherwise, the room was very nice, clean, great view. I'd stay there again."

"This place is a great location with a comfy bed and nice staff, but it needs an update. (In process - we saw construction crews.). Our room was noisy with the window open, and with window closed, the AC unit was even noisier. Bathrooms not yet updated to most modern Marriott hotels, and not enough charging. We were spoiled having stayed at Sheraton Palo Alto the previous two nights, which is very updated."
