I am actually shocked at your review I spoke to you on the morning you were leaving for around 20 minutes and you never once mentioned anything to me about your stay. Firstly you arrived before check in time which is fine but as the cleaners were upstairs preparing your room for you they did not hear the doorbell, there was only one staff member having a cigarette as that is the only one that smokes I checked the cameras and really couldn't see any cigarette ash going in your car window i have spoke to this member of staff and asked him to not smoke at the front of the building in all fairness they had all been working hard and deserve a break I cannot comment if they were swearing as I could not know this but have had words and told them never to swear in front of customers i don't think they even knew you were there as you were in your car, if you knew that it was staff why didn't you ask them if someone was there to check you in they would have been more than happy to oblige as they are not bad people. Second . With regards to the bed all our beds are regular 4ft 6in beds which no one ever complains about we don't state that we have king size beds also find it very strange you never mentioned this at breakfast when we were talking ? Third . In relation to my son in law I don't understand why you have been so negative towards him he works extremely hard and is much liked by all our customers, he had a sleeveless top on as he was working upstairs he only took your keys off you as I was eating my breakfast He actually asked if you needed any help upstairs with your luggage with which you replied you had your own hee man, when he called you mate that is not a nasty word that's him being friendly, I am surprised that you are telling me to let my son in law go when he supports his 4 young children and does an excellent job trying to please people although it seems on this occasion he failed. I am sure you will agree that after all that's went on in the world this year there is no need for your pettiness I thought you seemed like a really nice couple but I was also wrong on this occasion our job is hard enough at present without silly comments You said your room was excellent and breakfast and cleanliness what more do you really need without trying to destroy my business shame on you both. I did consider offering you a partial refund until I realised that's what you were probably after I am sure you have read our reviews and realise you are in the minority We would not want you to return here again

Why didn't you tell us about this we could have moved you to another room or had a word with your neighbours You just need to turn the valve on the radiator and it turns it off if you had problems we would have fixed this for you There is no point in telling the whole world when you couldn't even tell us and give us the opportunity to solve your problems
