"The rooms are very clean, bed was very comfortable, bathrooms were excellently clean. Cleaning staff did a great job of cleaning every day. Front desk was very friendly in particular. Hugo helped me correct extra person charge when my daughter shorten her trip and left earlier. Really appreciated the courtesy he showed. The elevator was under repair so only one functioning elevator. But that seemed to be adequate. I also really like the location close to the metro line station, for yellow line. There were many amenities nearby with restaurants, cafés shopping. All within walking distance of two blocks. Neighborhood was very safe."

"Good location; nice, friendly and helpful staff; clean location. Great views from the kitchen. I took nice photos and videos of the sunset. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. I love the privacy curtains on each bed and the balcony. The room door was difficult to close though so I repeatedly returned to my shared room and saw the door wide open. Be sure to push or pull hard and check that the door is indeed locked. The only cleaning issue is the showers flood the bathroom floor. Only con is there was no networking or real common area to socialize. The front desk has a small section, but purple are coming and going and others are working. Only 2 seats to do any work, so not what I was looking for in terms of meeting people. But it's great for those who just need a good, clean place to sleep. Each room has a thermometer to control the temperate. Our room was prefect. Hot outside, but felt good inside and not freezing cold!"

"Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The air con was nice and quiet and kept the room at a nice temp, but the windows didn't seem fitted properly as we still heard noise from the street (despite being on 5th floor). Also the bathroom door is (frosted) glass, so it can disturb a sleeping partner if used during the night. Shame there was no water fountain to refill water bottles"
