"The room was clean and comfortable but very small. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and good, but expensive. But it seemed like everything in Lucerne was expensive. Great access to the bus and train station. Overall, a good place to stay if you are sticking to a budget."

"I loved that they had tea, coffee and lemon water in the lobby for free. We arrived early, so they stored our luggage and had it available in the room for us when we came back to check in. Staff was very nice and friendly. Location was excellent!"

"Gorgeous view of the lake. Walkable to many restaurants, bakeries, and major shopping is right behind the hotel. Also walkable to the lion monument and the wooden bridge. So much cool architecture to check out around the hotel, not to mention the hotel itself having been built in 1845."
