"Amazing hotel. We had a suite that overlooked the lake and city and had a spa tub on the balcony! It was well worth the extra price to wake up and see the sun highlighting the lake and a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs. A short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and train station. This was a great place to stay!!"

"We booked two rooms because we are a family 5 traveling. We absolutely loved the location and the rooms were very, very clean!!! We were in room 106 and it was perfect with a tiny kitchen area. Our kids were in 303. The only trouble we had was checking in (but resolved quickly) and the kids’ room was not cooling properly. Overall it’s a terrific place! Loved, loved the little restaurant/coffee bar. The breakfast and coffee were delicious!! Very nice people and we will be back!"
