This is middle of the road hotel in Bournemouth which harks back to a bygone era & the staff are fantastic. I enjoyed my stay, nice clean rooms & very close to the seafront & the town centre.

I cannot fault my stay, from start to finish it was superb from the very welcoming and friendly Roberto where absolutely nothing was to much trouble, to how amazingly clean and well kept the communal areas were, to the fantastic room i stayed in. I have stayed in a fair few hotels in Bournemouth but this one stands head and shoulders above all of them in terms of staff, cleanliness, location, comfiness of bed and it was so quiet. I will absolutely 100% be back. Ps i also was dubious about the great reviews of this property but honestly you have to stay here. Thank you to all the team who looked after me.

Stayed for one night but had a very friendly welcome. Room was clean and modern with only some outdated features. Bar is open all night and car park is clean and well maintained. It was quite warm in the room as radiators were on full blast but was very comfortable once turned down.

The room was a good size and clean and the staff helpful and polite. We borrowed an iron and ironing board from reception and they couldn't have been nicer. I would stay here again. Nice view from our window of the garden.
