Welcome to Park Street BG #4!
Unit 4 is located on the second floor of this newly remodeled 1905 home that has been divided into 4 separate units. This quaint studio style option is equipped with 1 bedroom (queen bed) and 1 bathroom with original exposed brick + original wood work! Perfect for a quick getaway. You can enjoy a short walk to WKU Campus, downtown BG, or a short drive to everything BG has to offer. Need recommendations? JUST ASK

The space
This space is an adorable studio style. You walk into a charming view of the original fire place, comfy reading chair and a queen bed. Walk further into the space and you will walk into the kitchen with a full dining table and all the essentials you will need.

You will have access to your entire unit plus the common areas, including the balcony!

Other things to note
This is a unique space, it is a historical home. There is still some charm and features for anyone that loves old mixed with new will love to see! Something else to note is there are 2 units upstairs and 2 units downstairs, you access your own space by walking in the common areas, so you may meet another guests!

Cute, quaint & quiet

Loved the property and the historic, vintage feel of the building and apartment. I visit Bowling Green 4 to 5 times a year and was so glad to try something different besides a hotel. Everything I could have needed was provided and available. Location was awesome, close to my daughter-starting her senior year at WKU and our favorite coffee spot downtown.

Loved this space. More than enough room. Loved the exposed brick. Everything we needed was there. The host was great at communicating everything quickly. We have stayed in several places over the years in bowling green. This is our new favorite. We attend events in bg and this will be a place we will return to. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!
