9.4/10 Exceptional! (286 reviews)
Rooms and reception staff were lovely
Our breakfast experience was terrible
Waitress very not knowledgeable about a life threatening allergy which may have had an awful impact for my dad being coeliac
Didn’t feel welcome at breakfast
Items missing from breakfast
No toast offered
Waitress banging about, not clearing cereal plates before trying to serve hot food
Overall due to the breakfast situation I wouldn’t stay here again

8.8/10 Excellent! (197 reviews)
We stayed in room 209. Good view and comfy bed so had a descent sleep. Bedroom was ok but booked aa a superior room which it is not. Wardrobe doors where dodgy and didnt slide. Bathroom had quite a lot of mould spots on ceiling and the silicon between the bath and tiling also had black mould. Thankfully had brought our own shampoo and shower wash As Shampoo bottle on the wall in the shower area empty and the holder for a body wash didnt even have a bottle in place. The hallways to this section of the hotel are a bit grubby looking and offputting. Whereas bar area and restaurant where nice enough. Good breakfast
