Look forward to a newly built apartment (55 m²) on the mezzanine floor with a view of the cathedral linden trees and the cathedral.

In old part of Brandenburg but ideally located for seeing the city. Old fashioned charm. Would certainly return.

Brandenburg ist ein hübsches Städtchen und die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und war sehr modern und funktional eingerichtet. Es gibt sehr schöne Wanderungen in und um Brandenburg. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung gebucht, haben aber eine andere bekommen. Als uns nach dem Bezug auffiel, dass die Bilder im internet nicht mit der Wohnung übereinstimmten, war eine Änderung nicht mehr möglich. Die andere Ferienwohnung war direkt daneben. Die Wohnung wird offensichtlich nicht gepflegt - eine Grundreinigung wäre dringend notwendig. Weitere Probleme: Es fehlen teils die Steckdosen Verkleidungen (unpraktisch mit Kind). Die Leiste an der Stufe von der Wohnküche zum Flur hat eine lockere Schraube, an der man sich den Fuß verletzen kann. Wir haben prinzipiell unser Kind nur mit Schuhen in der Ferienwohnung laufen lassen. Die Ausstattung war quasi nicht vorhanden: Kein Besen, nicht ausreichend Besteck etc. Am ersten Abend ist ein Glas umgekippt - es gab aber nichts zum Auffegen oder dergleichen. Den Besteckkasten musste ich zuerst komplett reinigen, denn da befanden sich dicke Staubflusen und Dreck. Als ich die spärlichen Vorhänge zuziehen wollte, kam die Gardinenstange runter. Der einzige Mülleimer in der Wohnküche hat stark nach altem Rauch/kalter Asche gerochen, sodass wir ihn rausstellen mussten, da die ganze Wohnung danach roch. Weitere Möglichkeiten zur Mülltrennung waren nicht da und ein Mülltonnenstandplatz war nicht eindeutig identifizierbar. Der Esstisch wackelt so sehr, dass beim Essen regelmäßig etwas überschwappte. Die Rückseite des Hauses war eingerüstet, sodass theoretisch jederzeit jemand vor dem Fenster stehen kann - auch vor dem Badfenster, das keine Vorhänge hat. Das Waschbecken im Bad legte so sehr, dass man beim Zähneputzen in einer kalten Lache stand. Beim Duschen lief man Gefahr, dass Bad unter Wasser zu setzen, da es keinen ausreichenden Duschvorhang gab. Von den abrasierten Haaren der Vormieter*innen in den Ecken ganz zu schweigen. Die Liste der Mängel ist lang und grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung schon lange nicht mehr in Stand gesetzt worden. Alles wirkt leicht schmuddelig und staubig. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und haben uns nach anderen Möglichkeiten vor Ort umgesehen, aber wegen der Feiertage war nichts mehr frei bzw. zu teuer dafür, dass wir schon eine Unterkunft gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Wir werden dort sicherlich nicht mehr einkehren, auch wenn die Stadt und die Lage sehr schön sind.

Schöne Zimmer, schönes neues Bad. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist sehr schön, der Blick geht allerdings zur Straße raus. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Da sie leider nicht sehr sauber gereinigt wurde, hat der Vermieter auf meine Bitte nochmals nachreinigen zu lassen dies sehr kooperativ und freundlich in die Wege geleitet. Eine Wohnung die man sowohl wegen der Lage, vorhandenen Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus und der Einrichtung empfehlen kann.
