It has a king-sized bed and a sofa bed. 2.5 miles from the Branson 'Strip' (Highway 76). 5 minutes from Table Rock Lake and Table Rock Dam. 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City, and just minutes to all other major Branson attractions, restaurants, shows, shops and more. This studio is furnished with everything you need for your 'home away from home'.

The room was what we needed, quiet and quaint. The bed was comfortable and the amenities we ok. Not sure why there was no central heat/air when the unit is equipped with one. Wasn’t an issue with the space heater but would be unsure the ac on a hot summer day. Overall we would stay again if the need arose.

It was an ok place to stay. I was not real happy that it only had a very small ac window type unit. We have stayed in several properties over the past few years and this unit ranks as my least favorite.

HOT TEMP

Central air out upon arrival. Host advised to use the portable air they had there. It was not hooked up or vented. First night could not sleep as it was 83 degrees in the room. Host sent housekeeper second afternoon to set portable up. She did not know how to set it up but tried to be helpful. She was very nice. I had to set it up and asked her to get 15 ft of connection hose to get it out of bathroom. She brought six ft back. I had to spend 35 dollars at home depot and fix it myself. Lost first two days of a four day vacation to finally have cool air. Had to run vent hose out bathroom window which caused walking over hose to shower or use toilet. Also had a golfer next door hit my car with a golfball causing dent in passenger back door. More money out of my pocket. Not happy. Also had to put the code into the front door lock four or five times to get it to unlock each time trying to enter residence.

Never met the host. My first time with Vrbo and air b & b.I had questions prior to arrival, took several efforts and a long time to get answers. Host interaction was lacking. Front door lock did not function properly. No central AC and heat, had to deal with window AC unit and portable electric heater. The garbage disposal did not work, sink backed up. No place to hang clothing, kitchen table was not big enough for 2 to eat at. TV service was terrible, could get no national new networks or live sports. Good Wifi. Room much smaller than it appeared in pictures. I would not recommend this condo to anyone. J W
