Very nice property
The apartment is nice, clean and good value considering the facilities. Arrival instructions were clear so very easy to get in and then leave afterwards.

Lovely location and very well equipped appartment. Enjoyed our stay.
Other reviews have quoted outdated tram information. The tram is 3 euros per single journey and a day ticket is 8 euros on the tram but 6 euros from a shop. The day ticket also covers buses. A train ticket to Bruges is 5.15 euros return per person and you can use the tram ticket to get into the centre at no extra cost. Plus you can go from the whole length of the tram line on the day ticket.

Bredene Aufenthalt August 2022
Die Lage ist für Familien optimal. Man hat einen Balkon und das Geschehen in der Ortsmitte stets im Blick. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind direkt unterhalb. Auch der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sonstige Ausflüge lassen sich mit der gegenüberliegenden Tram sehr gut kombinieren. (nur 5 Minuten Fußweg). Wir waren schon zum 2. mal in dieser Unterkunft und kommen sehr gerne dorthin.

Schöner Familienurlaub
Es war eine überwiegend saubere Ferienwohnung in Top Lage direkt im Zentrum und sehr strandnah. Die Vermieterin des Objekts war stets freundlich und erreichbar. Leider war die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage nicht so leicht zu finden und auch sehr sehr steil und kurvig. Ebenso gestaltete sich die Wohnungssuche etwas schwierig. Allerdings war das alles zu verkraften und es war alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub mit der Familie. Liebe Grüße, Familie Weisgerber

Teilweise unerfreulich
Objekt roch bei Ankunft unangenehm nach Fisch, konnte zunächst nicht gelüftet werden, da Fenstergriff defekt. Erst später zufällig bemerkt, dass Fenster mit Besenstiel am Boden gesichert war. Keine Geschirrtücher und Wischlappen, kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Gästebett sehr schwer ausklappbar, aus 2 Teilen bestehend, nicht fixierbar, unterer Teil rutschte in der Nacht weg, was Schlaf beeinträchtigte. Couch im Wohnzimmer verwohnt und speckig. Telefonnummer für Nachfragen nicht erreichbar; Vermieterin selbst war in Urlaub. Es gab 2 Fernseher, aber kein deutschsprachiges Kinderprogramm, was bei den Jungs für erheblichen Unmut sorgte. Kochgeschirr in großer Auszugschublade ein einziges Tohuwabohu. 2 Pfannen und Töpfe nicht sauber gespült und fettig. Geschirr ansonsten in Ordnung. Positiv: Nur 5 Gehminuten zum weitläufigen Strand. 2 Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber früh morgens Lärmbelästigung durch Ladetätigkeit der LKWs. Kochgeschirr in großer Auszugschublade ein einziges Tohuwabohu. 2 Pfannen und Töpfe nicht sauber gespült und fettig. Geschirr ansonsten in Ordnung. Tiefgarage viel zu eng, so dass man nicht von vorne in Garage fahren konnte. Man musste umständlich rückwärts einparken, kam dann aber nicht mehr an Kofferraum heran. Zufahrt zur Garage zu steil und zu glatt, Reifen drehten beim Hochfahren durch. Ich musste dann mit Anlauf im 2. Gang oder rückwärts durch die enge Steilkurve hinausfahren. Abenteuerlich. Laut Vermieterin muss Appartement bei Abreise sauber (steril??) hinterlassen werden, da ansonsten ein Teil der Kaution abgezogen werde. Wir hatten die Wohnung mehr als besenrein verlassen, bekamen aber trotzdem die volle Endreinigung in Rechnung gestellt, weil das Waschbecken im Bad noch Zahnpastaflecken enthielt und die Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt war (wir hatten die Spülmaschine vor der Abreise nochmals eingeschaltet, weil wir noch gefrühstückt hatten). Außerdem hatten wir 2 Kleiderbügel an der Garderobe vergessen und es sei angeblich noch etwas Sand im Bad gewesen. Das Ganze wurde mit Fotos von der Putzfrau dokumentiert und uns zugeschickt. M.E. eine Unverfrorenheit. Frage mich, warum die Vermieterin überhaupt eine Reinigungskraft beschäftigt. Für mich ein ziemlicher Wermutstropfen.

Sommerferien
Sehr schönes und perfekt gelegenes Objekt für erholsame Tage. Alle Geschäfte sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, der weitläufige Strand ist 4 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig ausgestattet, und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit für Hilfe erreichbar.
