Our bright and friendly furnished apartment, Stella Fiante is approx. 50 m² in size and is located in the newly built apartment complex Bella Casa on the 1st Floor.
You are also welcome to contact us by phone and book directly with us: 0160 9919 5289

The apartment offers a lot of comfort and can be easily reached from our underground parking space without steps using the hotel's own elevator.
On our south-facing balcony you can already enjoy the first warm rays of the sun in the spring in a beach chair.
In front of the windows and in front of the balcony door there are mosquito nets to protect against insects.

A children's travel bed is available free of charge for our younger guests. In our living room there is a fold-out sofa for sleeping the 3. Person, or 2 children.
Small dogs on request. You will be charged € 5.00 per day.

After only 80 meters you will reach the 9 km long sandy beach. An ideal starting point for your hikes.
In the immediate vicinity there are various restaurants with delicious fish specialties to choose from.

Alles hevorragend

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und täglich lange Spaziergänge am Strand durchgeführt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Gerne wieder.

5 Tage Kurztrip

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung! Einzig die Bauarbeiten von 07:15 Uhr bis zum Nachmittag haben es unzumutbar gemacht Zeit auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Aber das ist ja auch kein Dauerzustand und daher war es nur für uns Pech. Sehr nette Vermieter, die prompt antworten und gut erreichbar waren!

Wohnung und Umgebung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die vor Ort angetroffene Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war ausreichend, unter dem Sofa, was als Schlaf Möglichkeit genutz wurde, war etwas mehr Staub. Dieser wurde beim aufklappen aufgewirbeld. Zufahrt und Tiefgaragen Stellplatz waren ohne Probleme zu nutze. Für Frau und Kind Gepäck war der Aufzug ein segen. Die Gelateria Sirolo ist für Allergiker geeignet, es wurden ca.9 Milchfreie Sorten vorgehalten, geschmacklich sehr lecker. Die Strandnähe ist prima zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute 5 Minuten mit Kind und Kegel. Spielplatz und Park konnten auch zügig zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Diese Ferienwohnung? Jederzeit wieder !!!

Bereits die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, sowie die Schlüsselübergabe waren angenehm und völlig problemlos. Die Wohnung selbst und auch der Balkon, laden zum entspannen ein. Die Sauberkeit ist lobenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben uns sofort in der tollen Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist an alles gedacht, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Juliusruh kannten wir schon von früheren Aufenthalten und es war wieder sehr schön.

Ruhige Vorsaison

Wir haben Ruhe gesucht und Ruhe gefunden. Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Fewo. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Kleiner Hinweis an den Eigentümer des Hauses. Es wäre gut bei der Ausfahrt einen Zwangspfeil nach rechts anzubringen. Es ist Einbahnstraße und wir sind im Urkaubsmodus in die falsche Richtung gefahren 😉 ist zum Glück nix passiert.

Juliusruh

Wer Entspannung und Entschleunigung in der heutigen doch sehr stressigen Zeit sucht, ist in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung gut untergebracht. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, der weitläufige Strand mit seiner Promenade lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Wie es in der Ferienzeit ist wissen wir nicht, da wir außerhalb der Saison Urlaub machen.

Toller Urlaub

Ein paar wunderschöne Tage haben wir verbracht. Die wundervolle, schön eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich direkt nur wenige Schritte zur Ostsee entfernt. Das Strandkaffee kann ich nur empfehlen !

Strandnahe Erholung

Die Wohnung ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und überaus umfangreich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Küchenausstattung lässt für den Urlaub keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und dem vor Ort verantwortlichen Hausverwalter war unkompliziert und gut. Etwaige Fragen wurden umgehend, schnell und lösungsorientiert beantwortet.

Urlaub in jeder Hinsicht

Seit mehr als 10 Jahren fahren wir nach Rügen, und nicht immer haben wir solch einen Urlaub gehabt. Es stimmte alles, Wohnung, Wetter und die Lage. Nein keine Frage, das ist sogar mehr als 5 Sterne wert. Ein sehr großes Lob an Familie Günther für die stillvoll und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Erholung war es in jeder Hinsicht. toller Urlaub!

In der gemütlichen, gepflegten und stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung haben wir einen wunderschönen 14-tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Besonders die Strandnähe ist bemerkenswert. Sonniger, ruhiger Erholungsurlaub in Juliusruh

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unser kleiner Sohn (13 Monate alt) fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Sie war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Bilder entsprachen der Ferienwohnung. Selbst der Strand war nur wenige Meter entfernt. Vom Vorteil ist auch die Tiefgarage besonders wenn es richtig heiß draußen wird. Buchung, An- und Abreise verliefen problemlos. Wir kommen gern wieder !

Traumhafter schöner Maiurlaub in Juliusruh

Wir haben uns in der modernen, großzügigen, sehr sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten ruhigen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie entsprach hinsichtlich der Lage, der Ausstattung und des Zustandes in allen Punkten den Angaben des Vermieters und so unseren Vorstellungen. -Die Buchung, die An- und Abreise verliefen problemlos. Von "unserem" sehr schönen Domizil in zentraler Ortslage haben wir bei überwiegend gutem Wetter im Zeitraum vom 16.05. bis 25.05.15 eine ganze Reihe von herrlichen Exkursionen wandernd, radelnd und mit dem Kfz in den rapsblühenden pittoresken Landschaften Rügens unternommen. Gestärkt und gut erholt traten wir mit diesen Eindrücken die Rückreise an. Auf einen neuerlichen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung freuen wir uns schon jetzt. Erholung pur

Es war mein erster Urlaub auf Rügen. In dem kleinen Ort und der schönen Ferienwohnung war es Erholung pur. Eine zweckmäßige und dabei auch noch sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Ein Dank an Familie Günther für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Buchung. Ich kann nur allen weiteren Gästen viel Spaß bei Ihrem Aufenthalt wünschen. Sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zu viert in der Fewo Stella Fiante in Breege. Die Wohnung überraschte sehr mit der modernen und schicken Ausstattung. Besonders lobenswert war die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer. Leicht zu handhaben und sehr guter Schlafkomfort, was wir nicht immer so erlebt haben. Nicht zu schlagen ist die Nähe zum Strand. Ebenso lädt der Balkon zum relaxen ein. Da man sich im Sommer hauptsächlich draußen aufhält, war die Größe der Wohnung für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 9,13 Jahre) ausreichend. Wir fahren seit Jahren jedes Jahr nach Breege/Juliusruh und haben uns in diesem Objekt sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu loben ist auch, die unkomplizierte, nette Art der Vermieter. Zur Einstimmung auf unseren Urlaub erhielten wir eine Grußkarte mit Wünschen für einen erholsamen Urlaub und Informationen - eine nette Geste!

Eine Traum-Wohnung

Wir können dieser Wohnung und den Vermietern ein großes Lob aussprechen. In unserem Urlaub passte einfach alles. Super Wetter, tolle Landschaft und eine traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sogar ein Reiseführer und eine Rad- und Wanderkarte sind vorhanden! Besonders gut hat uns der Balkon gefallen, auf dem man schon im Sonnenschein frühstücken oder nachmittags windgeschützt im Strandkorb sitzen kann. Das Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage und bis zum tollen Sandstrand sind es nur 2 Minuten zu gehen. Wir möchten uns bei den Vermietern sehr herzlich für die kurzfristige Buchungsabwicklung bedanken und freuen uns schon sehr auf den nächsten Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung.
