"I was my 2nd time going to same place. 1st time was only A/C not working but they fixed . 2nd time I got 2 rooms and a gain A/C not working in both rooms, from desk staff was not good at all. I will never go back also never recomende."

"The staff was helpful. The pool was clean and well maintained so was the casino area. The room however needs maintenance (paint for the vanity, a more elevated drain for the bath tub, a steam cleaning for the desk chair, and the light fixtures in the hallway need a cleaning). I also recommend Gordon Ramsey Steak for the dining. Pricey but well worth it. 5 stars for Gordon Ramsey Steak. All in all, my family had a great time."

"Self check in with little instruction. Still needed a human. Found one and Josephine was amazing but overworked as she was practically the only human helping people with check in other than an excruciating long line at the desk with two people. Our non smoking room was covered in air freshener aromas to cover up the smoking that had occurred and it was a cacophony of bad odors altogether. A very nice attendant helped us change rooms not without standing in line for a while. The entire hotel and casino wreaked of smoke. A complete turnoff. The hospitality industry requires humans to be successful. I was told the Luxor laid off employees because they went with self check in. Bad move. Never going back."
