"Room was ADA so no bath tub and water flooded bathroom floor every time you took a shower. Also water did not get hot enough in the shower"

"Room was comfortable and a nice. No mini fridge and ice is very far from the room. Good pool vibes but minimal other amenities"

"Room was spacious, but had a lot of wasted space. Biggest issues: Parking lot is incredibly narrow and difficult to navigate if full. The mattresses for the beds are very basic and on the thin side. The mattress for the pullout is horrible as it's incredibly thin to the point that you can literally feel the springs. The blankets for the beds are very thin. Requested additional blankets and despite telling us they would bring them to us, they never actually did. No desk in the room despite one being shown in the pictures and description of room. It has potential to be very nice but new mattresses would definitely be needed and the wasted space would need to be addressed. Also, putting some arrows on the parking lot and making it so that traffic only flows one way would solve the parking lot issue."

"Fue Una semana hermosa, la Habitación siempre estuvo limpia, y lo mismo el baño, el personal en su mayoría muy amable aunque no Falta la excepcion. Aspectos a mejorar: la ducha siempre arrojó agua caliente nunca fría a pesar de que se abria la zona donde se suponía que debia salir fría, algo realmente molesto ya que hubo dias calurosos y no podías refrescarte con el agua tibia o caliente, y la segunda pague mas por una habitación con vista à la torre Eiffel pero lo sucia y descuidada que estaba la ventana imperial tener una buena vista . Otra recomendacion, si no quieres pagar por las cosas que se ponen en el Stand de licor y dulces NISIQUIERA LO TOQUES NI LO LEVANTES! tiene un sensor y así no consumas por el solo hecho de levantarlo hace que te cobren como si consumieras!"

"Too smokey in the lobby and first level. Lobby has a good Starbucks and other food shops. Pool was too far away with limited hours. "
