8/10 Good
The location is very convenient and public transportation routes make it easily accessible. The food is good quality and the breakfast and bar food range will suit everyone in the family.
The staff are very welcoming helpful and always have a smile when passing.
The bedrooms are a decent size and the bed is extremely comfortable with all the linens sheets, pillows and towels Snow White and fresh.
The general cleanliness around the corridors isn’t great however nothing a bit of deep cleaning...

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! It was all great— from the room to the staff to the amenities! They took care of us and our kids and we will definitely stay there again when we’re in London. We loved the bar, restaurant, and lounge area. Highly recommend!
