"Donna was the perfect host. Helpful always cheery remembers everyones name like they were her extended family. Helpful regarding things to do and places to eat. Breakfast excellent room adequate limited parking spotlessly clean."

"We had a fab stay over the weekend. Lovely peacocks and their babies wondering round were lovely to see. Great facilities - clean, tidy, modern and spacious for a family. Great location, close enough to Bridlington without being in the hustle and bustle. Only thing I would say could be slightly better would be the lighting in the barn. Was a big dark lat at night."

"wanted somewhere cheap n cheerful and wasn't disappointed. Staff were cheerful and helpful,checking in was quick and simple.Room had everything i needed for my one nights stay and was ideally located in the middle of the town ,a stones throw away from lots of bars cafes and the sea front.Would certainly re visit"
