"very basic ,could do with complete revamp, basic divans , odd bathroom fitments, no towel holders or radiators in the bathroom although very nice hot water available think it is run by one man band as only one person on at one time and did everything from booking in to cooking breakfast . breakfast generous 4 slices of bacon,4 sausages ,2eggs ect milk bottle and cheap orange placed on table ran out of milk so no cereals although did offer to go to supermarket after she had cooked...

"I stayed in room 25. Nice view and it was en-suite. The car park is a little tight to get into with a large vehicle, but it was perfectly acceptable. The directions to get there were simple and emailed before my arrival together with the room key code and entry number. Had one of the best nights sleep I've had for a while. While the decor is dated and the accommodation itself could do with some upgrades - this is overlooked due to the price and value for money. Shower pressure was great...
