"This is a lovely apart/hotel in a great location and I recommend it highly. It's situated within a 2-min walk to Gloucester Road station. The area is quiet and walkable. "Staff great. Didn’t get told had to press a button to have room serviced therefore wasn’t done but when told was supplied with the necessary teas and coffees. "Booked as attending a wedding nearby that began at 11am and went until late at night. Staff were so accommodating; I was able to check in early which was really helpful. "The Queens is beautifully located. The Team is welcoming and friendly. Our room was wonderful and we used the pool, steam and sauna all imaculately clean. We had a great time over two nights. "Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again."
