Nice quite neighbourhood yet one train station from Brighton 3 minutes from Brighton by train. 3 minutes walk to the house. 3 minutes walk to bus stop only £2 to catch a bus into Brighton. Or £10 by cab. 5 minutes walk to Preston Park. 20 minutes walk to Sea front.
