Had a fantastic stay at Artist Residence! Despite some technical issues beyond their control I got a call to advise me, to offer me an alternative room with a sea view and 50% refund for any inconvenience. Excellent customer service and relaxed vibe - my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our bedtime cocktail in the cocktail bar too - I can recommend the expresso martini!

Lovely boutique Hotel in the centre of Brighton

Just back from a great stay at this lovely hotel. Right in the centre of Brighton with the I360 right in front of you and fab sea views. Staff were just lovely, friendly and very helpful. Room was small but great use of space with the en suite bathroom and with the added extra of a small balcony, it was lovely.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again

I stayed for the weekend with my 5 year old. The room was very clean and tidy. The fridge was really handy to have (traveling with a fussy eater) the staff were very friendly and accomodating and we were able to come and go without any issues :)

Live staying here at the Brighton Artist Residence. Great friendly staff, amazing rooms and great drinks and breakfast. Don’t know why I look for other places when I come to Brighton I should just book this place every time! I always end up here.
