No hubo cambio diario de toallas. Las camas se hicieron pero con las mismas sábanas todavía con la arena de mar del día anterior. La mini cocina se limpió a medias. Vasos con tazas usadas algunas se lavaron algunas no. El agua de botella nunca se rellenó, lo hicimos nosotros todos los días. "

"I stayed at Notto for my birthday on February 13, and my experience was positive at first. The room and stay itself were good, but unfortunately everything went downhill when I checked out. I was told there would be a 4,000 peso hold on my card for incidentals. Instead of placing a hold, they actually charged my card. It has now been almost three weeks, and the hotel has still not been able to reverse the charge. What’s even more concerning is that they asked me to send my bank account information through WhatsApp in order to process the refund, which felt very unprofessional and insecure. Despite multiple conversations with the manager and hotel staff, I still have not received my refund of over $200 USD. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially since the issue should have been simple to resolve. A mistake like this can happen, but taking weeks without resolving it and asking for sensitive financial information over messaging apps is not acceptable. I hope the hotel resolves this soon, but based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious with billing and deposits if you stay here."

"We could see the ocean, but, you could not swim from this beach. Undertow was very strong. This was just a hotel room, it could have been better with a mini fridge and coffee maker. The room was cleaned daily"

"Casa Toro was a great stay. The pool was perfect after a hot morning out exploring. The staff was attentive and kind, had one mishap where we thought we had transportation scheduled for early morning transport to dolphin tour but a ride never showed up, thankfully we were able to pivot and get to our destination on time, otherwise all other travel arrangements went as planned. I think it’s important to mention that in order to use the sauna and cold plunge you have to pay extra, not much but it’s also not included in your stay. I would definitely stay at casa toro again. "

"Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help and make our experience as comfortable as possible. The room was great—clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed the hotel amenities, which were well maintained and perfect for relaxing. One thing to keep in mind is that the beach in front of the hotel is not the best for swimming, as the ocean can be a bit rough. Additionally, the internet coverage in our room was not very strong, so maintaining a stable connection was sometimes difficult. Aside from those minor details, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay with excellent service."
