"Hi everything was amazing especially for a hotel in central London. The whole hotel is spotless and Christmas decorations look fantastic. All staff have made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. "Room was very clean. Good supply of spotless white towels. Complimentary water in the room is a nice touch too. We had a great view from the 12th floor and despite staying on a Saturday, it was very quiet and we did not hear a thing so our sleep was undisturbed. The hotel is in an excellent location and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We had a slight issue at check-in because the hotel has a new IT system and if I hadn’t been extra vigilant I could have paid for our room twice, but it was quickly sorted. I did not detract from a great stay,"
