Bespoke hotels in Brockenhurst, England

"Great location, management is very confused from the general manager and the deputy manager who is very aggressive. I wonder how she worked in such an industry. Strange that at such a priced place, there seems not to be clear communication between the top management and the receptionists!! Very strange and unprofessional. The rest of the staff are very kind and polite, very friendly. Cleanliness not the best I have seen for that price, squeaky floors, no toilet brush, amenities are for a single person in a double roomed booking and you have to keep asking for more even when staying for more than 1 night. Other facilities are great, the swimming pool, the spa (which is chargeable even to residents). The breakfast is just okay. Seen Berger at more affordable places. Generally the stay was just comfortable and nothing much really surprising. "

"This hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious. Customer Service was outstanding. It’s very very close to the cruise port. There were many restaurant/pubs nearby! We would definitely stay there again!"

"Great hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Lewis is a real credit to the team. Tidy, clean and well maintained. The only thing we saw that was dirty was the sticky lift doors everything else was immaculate. Beds were really comfy, great bedding, shower great. Nice size tv. I was really pleased the kettle was sparkling, its one of the things that bothers me in hotels, if the kettle is gross and full of limescale. Really enjoyable stay. Would recommend and go back if i needed to stay in the area again. "

"We had an excellent stay. Breakfast was really fresh and had plenty of choice. The indoor pool was a little cool for my liking but the pool area and spa were fantastic. Didn’t go in the outdoor pool but the grounds around it were lovely and well looked after. Staff were amazing, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was slightly dated with a few cracked tiles in the bathroom and wear and tear to the bath and sink. We had lunch and dinner and couldn’t fault the food it was so tasty and the chips were the best I’ve had in a long while. Can’t wait to go back!"

"We booked a fully wheelchair accessible room with roll in shower. The room had a bath which my husband wasn't able to get into. Also there was no air conditioning and the room becmane hot during the night. Would not book this hotel again as it did not meet our booked requirements"
